Our scope of business is decisively made up by
the development, production and service built
around CNC technology. The company’s staff
with its extensive professional experience
aims to satisfy the various needs of our

Because one of our main activities is
development, the company spends a
considerable part of its revenues on
research, in order to develop new
technologies.
Our products are made using the latest
scientific insights and using the most
modern instruments available. Some
copies of the prototypes under development
will be put into operation, others take part
in one of the main services of the company:
the industrial lease-work system material
processing.

Pro - Professional

Hydraulic Technology:
One of our main activities is
the high-pressure abrasive
water jet cutting technology,
that is able to shape a
diversity of materials
arbitrarily, with high accuracy
and cost effective. The method does not require
post processing; there is no burr formation,
deformation, heat effect or material structural
mutation consequent to this. The surfaces are
nice and clear. The various materials are
cuttable up to a depth of 150mm. It is widely
adaptable to many fields of light and heavy
industry. It can process metals, high-strength
alloys and rocks, glass, and a wide range of
plastics.
Laser Technology
The basis of our technology
is formed by our extremely
fast servo controlled CO2-laser
machines, that are thanks to
their advanced software
not only able to engrave flat and bent surfaces,
but also to produce 3D formations, and to cut
plastics and films. We realize the most various
graphical conceptions with a resolution of 1000dpi.
Cutting Technology:
Cutting is indispensable in
course of the production of
complex machine parts, because
it counts as the best
solution for several tasks. We mill steels, light
metals and plastics. The working area of our
machines ranges in X axial direction from 300 mm -
2500 mm. We possess precision light industrial mill-
ing machines, universal CNC machine part milling
machines, CNC processing centres and traditional
horizontal machines as well. Our customised in-
struments are made of excellent materials with a
coating of high wearing quality.
Controlling Technology
One of the main
development pro-
jects of our
company is a modern,
compact sized, modularly setup
control system with digital plane table.
Its basis is formed by closed loop driver
electronics with extremely good performance
data and a wide scale utilization. The controller
is also able to drive the digital impulse
of pacer and servomotors.
In point of the maximal number of
controllable axles, and the shift speed
and accuracy it sets a new standard in
contrast to the systems up to now. The
software that coordinates the hardware,
and supervises complex controlling tasks,
integrates several useful options with
extremely user friendly characteristics
that help the efficient operation of
CNC machines in a revolutionary
new way.
